We have used Woodcroft Offerton for 15 years, during this time we have been extremely grateful and appreciative for the advice and treatment staff have given. We are currently attending more frequently because of age related issues regarding our Labrador, and the whole team have been compassionate and caring, whilst prescribing medication that has really helped with her condition. Thankyou to an amazing bunch of people for all your dedication to our pets.

Every single member of the team from the team on reception , nurses and vets are fantastic at the Offerton branch , we always feel like my Labrador Bertie is in good hands . We always get good advice , we never feel that we get charged unnecessarily. Communication is always excellent Bertie recently had a major op , his care was outstanding , Bertie shouldn’t have favourites but he adores Vet nurse Holly .

Appointment on time. The receptionists were welcoming and happy to help. Vet gave my cat a thorough check over and answered all my questions. Quick and efficient visit, as always with lovely people.

Elsie is very nervous at going out full stop so a trip to the vets is never great for her, she hides under the chairs and causes chaos. The staff are great and very understanding. She had an ear infection this time and George was amazing with her and although she was scared she did let him look in her ears. I wouldn’t go anywhere else with her.

First visit with our little dog Ruby. The people in the practice were very nice and helpful and the vet spent time to explain about her medication. Very happy and feel reasured and confident with Woodcroft vets.
